My name is Shaun Simpson and I have a B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Art Therapy. I've been working at the Webster House since 2014, starting with a year as a Residential Counsellor before taking on the role of Case Manager in December of 2015. I learned about the Webster House when I was in High School, and always knew this was the kind of work I wanted to do 'when I grew up'. While it can be challenging, I absolutely love working here. I am part of an amazing team that works hard to provide a safe, stable environment for our residents to develop and fulfill their potential. No matter how difficult, each day working with these kids is rewarding in its own way. Whether it's a fun activity, a crisis managed, a family reunified, or something as simple as a resident being proud of themselves for a personal success, I look forward to going to work and seeing what a new day in a safe space can give them.
